I lost weight by eating 200 calories every 2 1/2-3
hours (500 calories for dinner.) My thought was that my blood-sugar
levels would stay stable (being given "fuel" so often) and that the
body would always be digesting, which supposedly expends a lot of
calories. Also, this gave me room for an occasional "cheat", as long
as I stayed below the 200 calories. This can be customized to your
needs, based on your current weight. I also went to Curves 3 times/week
during this time.
