The New Revised Cabbage Soup Diet
The New Revised Cabbage Soup
Diet was the subject of an email by Carl Black.
The cabbage soup diet has been seen as a good way to
jumpstart a diet. When using this method correctly, a dieter should
lose between 10-20 pounds on the cabbage soup diet. One of the
things that people enjoy about this diet is that you can eat the
soup any time that you want. The soup itself doesn’t contain many
calories and acts like a filler, making sure you don’t get too
hungry during the diet. When attempting the diet, you should know
that some people have felt light-headed and weak. This is probably
due to the deficit of calories your body is recognizing.
Advantages
to this diet is that you will lose weight at a fast rate, but it is
only meant to be adhered to for a week. Anything longer could prove
damaging because on a couple of the days, you will only be taking in
about 1,000-1,200 calories. For example, this can be seen on the day
where you are allowed to eat bananas and skim milk.
