Slim
"Why do you
Overeat?" Is the title of a fascinating new diet book by Zoe
Harcombe. Zoe's book was first published as a hardcopy in 2004, and
although there are thousands of diet books on the market, it quickly
attracted the attention of the UK press - as you can see by the

I
only came accross the diet in January, which was a bit slow of the
mark, usually I know about these things the day after they are
released, (someone usually writes to me and asks me if I have tried
