Fat Burning Soup Recipes

6 Large green onions
2 Green peppers
1-2 Cans - diced tomatoes, or 1-28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
1 Bunch - Celery
1 Package - Lipton Onion Soup Mix or Chicken Soup Mix
1-2 Cubes of Bouillon, if desired
1 Head - Cabbage
Salt, Pepper, Parsley, etc. to taste

Directions

1) Cut vegetables into small to medium pieces and cover with water (V-8 juice can also be used).

2) Boil fast for ten minutes, reduce to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender.



Fat Burning Soup

Ingredients

6 large green onions or large red onion

1-2 cans of tomatoes

1 large head of cabbage

2 green peppers

1 bunch celery

Rosemary & tarragon for flavoring

Shitake mushrooms for flavoring

1 hot pepper

2 or 3 cloves of chopped garlic

1 4 inch piece of kombu seaweed

Vegetable bouillon (such as Bioforce's Plantaforce)

 

Directions

1) Spices such as rosemary, sage, thyme, tarragon or oregano can be added as desired toward the ending of cooking.

2) Season with salt, pepper, parsley, bouillon or hot sauce, if desired.

3) Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces, sauté in olive oil and cover with water.

4) Boil fast for 10 (ten) minutes.

5) Cut to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender.

 

Quick Weight Loss Soup

 

This soup recipe hails from the Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital and is served to overweight heart patients when they need to lose weight rapidly before surgery. Modifications have been created by Ed Kasper.

 

Ingredients

Komba Seaweed (large piece)

1-2 pounds sliced tomatoes

4 cloves garlic

Large red onion

Large head of cabbage

2 green peppers

1 bunch of celery

Shitake mushrooms

Lots of clean water

Soup Stock: Chicken, beef, pork or vegetable

Rosemary

Sage

Parsley

Tarragon

Thyme

 

Direc tions

1) Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces, sauté in olive oil.

2) Cover with water.

3) Boil fast for 10 (ten) minutes.

4) Cut to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender.

 

Fat Burning Soup Diet

 

Ingredients

2 cans of tomatoes
2 green bell peppers
1 bunch of celery
1 large tin of beef broth
1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
6 large spring onions
2 lbs. carrots
2 cans of green beans

 

Directions

1) Season with salt and pepper, curry, stock, ginger, garlic, parsley or dried spices.

2) Cut vegetables into desired sizes.

3) Cover with water, and boil vigorously for 10 minutes.

4) Reduce to a simmer and cook until vegetables are tender.
