Feel Fit over 40

A few weeks ago I began noticing a new ebook, 'Fit Over 40', was being advertised accompanied by rather compelling testimonials.

As I will be 42 this year, and am definately in need of some post Christmas motivation to lose a few more pounds, I was contemplating giving Fit Over 40 a try.

The Book is written by Tom Venuto (of Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle fame) which for those of you not in the know, is Clickbank's number 1 Health and fitness book.

He has co-written the new book with Jon Benson, who at the age of 33 looked like he was on the scrapheap, for want of a better expression.

As you can see by the picture below, now at the age of forty-something, he looks anything but.

Now, Fit Over 40 has some amazing testimonials written about it, which actually made me wonder if somebody had sat down and made them up.

For Example:

"Fit Over 40 is like a cross between Body For Life and Chicken Soup For The Soul. This type of combination between how-to information and inspiration is what the fitness industry has been missing for a long time.

Kostas Marangopoulos Greece Founder of Body For Lifers.Com

"Man, I can't believe how inspiring your new book is. That's powerful stuff -- all those pictures, personal stories, and how-to, rolled into one package."

Charles Burke - Japan Author of Command Luck and Inside The Minds Of Winners

"This is not a book just about staying or being fit. It is a book which takes fitness to a much higher level than what we see today. A brilliant combination of real-life stories with messages and information about staying fit in body, mind and spirit. Read it for the priceless information, inspiration and motivation and use it to keep yourself fit forever. This is real dynamite material."

John Harricharan Atlanta, Georgia, USA Award-winning author of the bestseller, When You Can Walk On Water, Take The Boat

"I just had to send a quick message to tell you how much I enjoyed the 50 success stories. Amazing! What inspiration! A couple of them made me cry. From out of the ashes of loss rises a wonderful new life."

Maxine Johnson, Australia

"I am not kidding when I say my wife and I were simply stunned as we paged through this book. This isn't just a guide. This is total inspiration and motivation. The stories will have a tremendous impact and help you realize what is truly possible. If you have trouble believing in you, then read these stories of others who believed in themselves and prove that no excuse is good enough to join the ranks of the 400,000 who perish each year due to poor diet and lack of exercise. They decided not to play their victim cards and instead share their powerful victories with you and I in this inspirational work."

Jeremy Likness Author, "Lose Fat, Not Faith".

Hmmm...powerful stuff.

Well not wanting to be left out, I grabbed myself a copy of Fit over 40.

This book is potent.

It is full of amazing before and after pictures of men and women in their forties, fifties, sixties and even seventies who could put most 20 year olds to absolute shame. The photographs are accompanied by explanations of how each individual eats, the exercises they do, and a bit about their lives, and how they came to be such superfit, superhuman beings!

There are a following nine chapters to Fit Over 40, explaining 'lifelong nutrition', 'how to begin', 'how to have the correct mindset', 'the five pillars of anti-aging' and more.

If you are over 40, worried about aging and only going to purchase one fitness book this year, Fit Over 40 should be it.

On top of this truly inspirational piece of work, the authors are offering three excellent bonus books, see the descriptions below.

Bonus no.1: Why Grow Old by Orison Swett Marden (e-book $19.95 value FREE). Before Tony Robbins, before Dr. Phil, before any of the modern gurus of the self help movement, there was Orison Swett Marden. Marden was the founder of SUCCESS magazine and a pioneer in the personal development movement who authored countless books on the subjects of personal growth and success. In 1909 he released a very short book called Why Grow Old, which in just 30 short pages, reveals what is perhaps THE ULTIMATE SECRET to staying young.

In my opinion, this bonus alone was worth the purchase price.

Bonus no.2: Menopause, Hormones And Fitness: One Woman’s Incredible Journey To Become "The Fittest Female At 50" (e-book $19.95 value FREE): Jill Langham, R.N., CPT, one of the nation’s top experts on female fitness, hormone balancing and menopause, shares her incredible personal story. Discover how she came out the other side of "The Change" with better health and a better body than most women 20 years younger. An absolute must-read for all women.

Bonus no.3: The Best Natural Ways to Increase Your Testosterone By Men’s Health Expert, Christian Finn (42-Page E-BOOK! $19.95 value FREE!): Bodybuilders have known for years that testosterone builds muscle and burns stubborn fat. Inside, you'll discover how to quickly boost your testosterone levels by making small changes to what you eat and how you exercise.
