When choosing fruits, try to avoid any type of berry,
such as blueberries, raspberries or strawberries. We all know the
jokes surrounding prunes and prune juice; just leave them alone.
Also stay away from fruits that have skins or seeds like apples.
Other fruits to avoid are raw pineapple and rhubarb.
